Argh! Blogger won't upload my images! I'll have to handtype and put my pic of the avatar at the end. First, download GIMP at this url: http://Gimp.org/. Then, download. After, you should see

the GIMP dock. See "File" at the top left? Click, then select "New". I suggest you select the file

size 100x100 (Width: 100 Height: 100). Do whatever you like with the file, BUT if you

use text, make sure you flatten the layer. Then, with the first layer, save it, and name

it this: File_name.gif . The file name can be anything, BUT YOU MUST PUT ".gif". Save it indexed, and flatten it. Then, with the file option at the dock, click open and find your previous

file. On the picture window, find "Layer" and add a new layer. Do anything you want, then save,

but this time save it as an animation. It won't look animated in the pictures file. If you really

want to see it animated, right-click, and then hover over "Open with" see if there's
your internet provider on the list. Click it if it does. If not, click "Choose default program"

and select the internet provider. There you have it! The above is what I made today and

it's free.
